SCUBA DIVING

Indonesia is in the center of the Coral Triangle and is home to some of the most exceptional scuba diving on earth. You will not be disappointed with all that Mother Nature presents in these tropical marine-filled waters.

Raja Ampat is a paradise for scuba diving enthusiasts and continually rated one of the best places in the world to dive with breathtaking marine biodiversity and some of the most diverse marine life in the world. It is relatively remote so the unspoiled environment provides a pristine and diving experience away from crowds.

With over 1,500 species of fish and 550 species of coral, the underwater world here is a sight to behold. The coral reefs in Raja Ampat are in excellent condition, thanks to the conservation efforts in the region.

From underwater caves and vertical walls to colourful coral muck diving, Raja Ampat offers a variety of dive sites suitable for divers of all levels.

MSY Aurora

The Aurora is a 42-meter long traditional Pinisi that was constructed in Sulawesi, Indonesian. It offers all the advantages of a modern boat, while keeping a traditional charm. It navigates all year long in the Indonesian archipelago and offers it’s guests the opportunity to discover some spectacular sites.

GUEST CABINS

Guest quarters are located on the main deck (numbered 1 to 9). Cabins have either king beds or two single beds or a combination of the two (king and single). Each cabin immerses guests in traditional Indonesian decor with rich woods and warm colours.

Indonesian Shore Excursions

Indonesia is just as impressive topside as it is below the surface. Lush mountains with exotic wildlife tower up from the water, inviting travellers to come explore.

Travellers diving Indonesia with All Star Liveaboards can expect one or two shore excursions to discover unique local attractions or to experience a beach BBQ one night. To see more, mention it to the crew upon boarding. Everything depends on the weather and the schedule, but they’ll do their best to make your trip perfect!

Getting There

FLIGHTS Arrive in Kaimana (KNG) Airport, an 1hr 40 minute flight from Sorong daily. Depart from Sorong (SOQ) Airport. Total airfare estimated at $2500 – $3000 CDN for flights via Toronto based on 2024 prices. Assistance booking flights available from Envoyage and AllStar.

Trip Includes:

* Fees are subject to change. All Star reserves the right to impose or pass a fuel supplement or similar incidental surcharge and no right of cancellation shall be implied. Cancellation Policy: 1 Year or more prior to departure, full refund less a $150 CDN cancellation fee. Within 1 year, no refund or rebook unless the space is resold and trip departs full, then a complete refund will be issued less a $150 CDN admin fee.
